Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
for the DreamSage service
1. Right of Withdrawal
DreamSage is a digital product that is not delivered on a physical medium and is made available immediately after purchase.
According to § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the legal right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a physical medium expires once the service begins, provided the consumer has explicitly consented to the immediate start of the contract and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal upon commencement.
By registering for and using DreamSage, you explicitly agree that we begin providing the service immediately and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service starts.
2. Refund Policy
Although there is no legal right of withdrawal, we offer the following goodwill refund policy:
- If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are processed via our payment provider Paddle.

3. Subscription Cancellation
Regardless of your withdrawal or refund rights, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
