1. Introduction

DreamSage is a digital platform for psychological dream exploration. By accessing or using DreamSage, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration

You may register using your email address or Google login. Access is granted via a secure magic link. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials safe and secure.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

DreamSage offers a free 3-day trial. Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via our payment partner Paddle.

4. Use of the App

DreamSage is designed for self-reflection and insight. It does not provide psychological diagnosis or medical advice. Misuse, abuse, or reverse-engineering of the service is strictly prohibited.

5. User Content

You retain full rights to the dream content you provide. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process your input solely to deliver the service.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

We store your data (email, dream content, session activity) securely on servers located in Germany, hosted via Supabase. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.

7. Third-Party Services

We work with external partners to provide the app's functionality, including:

  • OpenAI (language generation)
  • Supabase (data storage on German servers)
  • Paddle (secure payment processing)
  • Rewardful (affiliate tracking)

Each partner may process certain data in accordance with their own privacy terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access in cases of abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

DreamSage is offered "as is" without guarantees of interpretive accuracy or emotional outcomes. Use of the app is at your own discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is Potsdam, Germany.
